The guys behind the logo
Bettr didn’t start in a boardroom. It started small, with an idea, a lot of notes, and the decision to do things right, even if it took longer. What began as a concept has been refined, tested, and built with intention before ever being released.
From the beginning, the goal has been straightforward: bring high-fashion ideology to everyday life and build a company people can trust. That means prioritizing longevity over shortcuts, relationships over quick wins, and growth that doesn’t come at the expense of what made the company worth building in the first place.
Marc Joseph spent years developing Bettr’s foundation, learning the business, building the right partnerships, and making sure the standards were clear before taking the next steps. As CEO, his role is to guide the company’s growth without compromising those standards. If something doesn’t meet them, it doesn’t get released. Simple.
Dan joined Bettr after a joke quickly became serious. As President, he focuses on relationships, culture, and making sure the values behind the company actually show up in how it operates. He keeps the brand human as it grows and makes sure the energy stays where it should: with the people who wear it and the communities around it.
