Bettr is more than just a brand to me. It quickly became my passion after stepping into my role as president. Clothing has been part of my life long before Bettr ever existed. That passion really began in high school. Growing up, I was never the most confident person. Over time, I realized how powerful it can be to find an outfit that truly represents who you are. The right outfit can completely change your day.

Once I discovered fashion, a lot began to change in my life. I started speaking with more confidence. I became more social and more driven. That confidence came from feeling good, not only in my own skin, but also in what I was wearing. Clothing gave me a sense of backing and self-belief. That shift played a major role in pushing me to start this company. With Bettr, my goal is to create quality clothing that feels cool and stylish while helping others feel the same confidence I feel when I put on my favorite outfit.

Even though Bettr is a clothing brand, it means much more to me than just apparel. I want this to be a company people can truly trust. A company where they know the people behind it are doing things the right way. That begins with how we treat our employees. I have worked jobs where I felt disrespected, overlooked, or like I did not belong. I never want that experience to exist here.

I want everyone involved with Bettr to feel just as excited and invested as I am. That does not happen by accident. It takes effort, intention, and care. It means making sure every employee feels empowered, included, and secure. When we treat our team the right way, that mindset naturally carries over to our customers.
